Tokenized stock is new enough that most people holding it don't fully know what they own. Warden exists to close that gap — in plain language, before anything goes wrong.
Why we built this
Tokenized equities made it easy to get exposure to stocks like AAPL or TSLA from a crypto wallet. What they didn't make easy is understanding what you actually hold once you do: a debt note instead of a share, eligibility rules that shift by country, and corporate actions — dividends, splits, delistings — that often arrive quietly or not at all.
Warden sits on top of that wallet and translates it. Not a trading bot chasing returns, and not another dashboard full of numbers to interpret yourself — a plain-spoken layer that tells you what something is, warns you before it matters, and double-checks anything risky before it happens.
What we believe
- Clarity beats cleverness. If an explanation needs a glossary, it isn't finished yet.
- Warnings should arrive early. The whole point of a guardian is that it notices before you have to ask.
- Nothing moves without you. Convenience is never worth trading away control over your own money.
