Terms of Service

1. What Warden is

Warden is an informational and alerting layer for tokenized stock wallets. It is not a broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser, and it does not execute trades on its own initiative. Any action it takes on your behalf happens only after you explicitly request it, and only after checking that request against your eligibility and the limits you've set.

2. Eligibility

Tokenized stock products are debt securities, not equity, and access to them varies by jurisdiction. You're responsible for confirming that using tokenized stock products and Warden is permitted where you live. Warden may restrict or decline guarded actions it can't confirm are eligible in your jurisdiction.

3. Not investment advice

Nothing Warden tells you is personalized investment, legal, or tax advice. It explains what you hold and flags risk in plain language; decisions about what to buy, sell, or hold remain entirely yours.

4. No custody, no unauthorized action

Warden does not hold, custody, or control your funds or tokens. It cannot move assets without your explicit instruction, and it previews the outcome of any guarded action before it happens.

5. Risk

Tokenized stock carries risks distinct from owning equity directly, including issuer risk, liquidation risk on borrowed positions, and the possibility that corporate actions (dividends, splits, delistings) are not passed through in the way you'd expect from a real share. Warden aims to surface these risks clearly, but using tokenized stock products remains at your own risk.
